Got a trip coming up?! Jetting off for work or some r+r?? I’ve got some great travel friendly workout ideas for you! Watch my creative hotel workout below for some great workout inspo.
We are all busy boss babes. And, travel just sometimes comes with the territory, am I right? One of the keys to reach your fitness goals is consistency. Finding fun ways to remain committed to your KTF Nutrition Plan is a big factor to feel your best. But, the other major way to maintain all your hard work is to make time for your workouts.
TRY SOMETHING NEW ON YOUR TRAVELS
Getting away from your normal routine can sometimes be a really refreshing reset! I often use this time to try something new. Always wanted to try pilates? Find a class near you. Be brave beautiful and explore!
FIND NEW IN THE FAMILIAR
If a new class isn’t available, don’t worry. Look at things in a new light for another way to get your workout on while you travel. Think of new ways to use equipment, or in this case – your luggage! Brilliant! Build beautiful, lean muscle and keep that metabolism lit with the luggage’s resistance!
Strapped for space in your travel bag? Try packing some mini loop resistance bands, slides or ankle strap attachments. They take up hardly any space in your bags. Plus, they are SO versatile! Have you tried all of these moves yet?
USE WHAT YOU GOT ON YOUR TRIP
If your hotel doesn’t have a gym, or it is lacking what you need, be creative with what is around you! A park bench can serve as a stack of step risers. Hotel stairwells can substitute for a Stair Master. Use your imagination!
Like I shared earlier, make it a priority to get in some exercise when you travel. For me, working out helps so much with beating jet lag and getting on another time zone smoothly. I also sleep so much better in a new place if I first get my heart pumping.
Do you know a fellow boss babe who would totally rock these Travel Friendly Workout Ideas??
