Stuck inside because of the snow?? Don’t worry babes! I’ve got a great Snow Day Workout for you today ☃️❄️💪🏼 It requires NO EQUIPMENT and will get that booty movin’ and groovin’!

To really amp up the calorie burn on a day stuck inside, we are focusing on the larger, lower body muscles. Plus, we are using changes in levels (up and down) to really get that heart pumping! Talk about an effective and efficient workout 🙌🏼 Just because there is snow outside doesn’t mean you can’t have a killer workout without equipment or at home!

Because this is a no equipment workout, I really want you to focus on SQUEEZING your booty at the top of the movement. This will really help target those booty muscles and maximize the workout! Visualize the muscle you want to target as you stretch and squeeze through each movement. Don’t forget to stretch after your workout!
