One sheet pan, one easy formula. The possibilities for dinner are endless!
Take this Sheet Pan recipe from the KTF Nutrition Plan and check one meal off the list. Or, double, triple or quadruple the recipe and you’ve got yourself a simple family meal. I like to multiply this Sheet Pan recipe to make enough for a couple days at a time. Meal prep goals!
HERE’S THE FORMULA!
Step 1 – Preheat
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 – Prep Your Veggies
Choose from any cruciferous or root vegetables. Chop your fresh veggies of choice. 1 cup = 1 serving *frozen veggies work too
Step 3 – Pick Your Protein
Choose from lean proteins, like chicken or fatty fish, like salmon. Portion out your proteins (if you are making more than 1 serving). 4.5 oz = 1 serving
Step 4 – Spice It Up
Spice up that Sheet Pan Dinner, chica! Sprinkle your preferred spices and herbs.
Step 5 – Toss It Up
Drizzle some olive oil and toss to incorporate everything together.
Step 6 – Relax!
Dinner will be done in 20-35 minutes depending on the veggies and protein you choose. These sheet pans make a great M3 or M5. Make extra for dinner and take the leftovers to work for lunch!
Here are my favorite Sheet Pan combos!
Salmon + Broccolini
Cod + Peppers / Onions
Chicken + Carrots / Beets / Brussels Sprouts
