Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Roll dough into small balls, approximately 1 tablespoon. Dust cookies with more shredded coconut.
