Why I Use Cinnamon Like Erryday!
Everyone has cinnamon in their pantry. It’s such a commonly used spice, that we don’t think about all it’s health benefits. You may think cinnamon is another ingredient in your baked goods. But, this spice is actually one little powerhouse!
Cinnamon comes from part of the Cinnamomum tree. The health benefits can come from its pure bark, essential oils and bark powder. Bark powder is actually the ground spice form we most commonly think of cinnamon.
Researchers have found tons of health perks in cinnamon. It has been used in medicine for thousands of years. Researchers actually ranked cinnamon #1 for its protective antioxidant levels.1 Cinnamon is top when compared to 26 other popular herbs and spices from around the world!
